Hi, I’m Susan.
I live in Eagle, Idaho with my husband, daughter, and two labradors. I began Like A Mountain girl while we living in a small mountain town in Colorado after moving there from NYC.
I am thrilled to share some of the lessons I’ve learned in life as I have navigated cancer, motherhood, loss, health challenges, and a loss of self. I whole heartedly believe that we are all deserving of living the life of our dreams, and that it is never too late to start. My dream for this blog is that it will help anyone who is stuck looking for health or themselves, to take the next step to reaching a life they love.
